Refund policy

Please email our team at Info@Glitzygirlz.shop to get a return authorization number. You will need to put your return authorization number on your package or it will not be accepted. Once we receive it, you will get an in-store credit towards new items. All returned items will be credited to customers account with an in-store credit only. 

Returns need to be initiated by email Info@Glitzygirlz.shop within 3 days of receiving your package. 
- Shipping is not refunded.


-No Returns/Exchanges allowed on the following:

  • Mystery items
  • Items in $15 or less
  • Food items
  • Holiday/Seasonal Items
  • Any Clearance items

Each item returned will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee. 

Customers that return 10% or more of their purchase will be limited on returns allowed.Â
